Do I need SQL or admin rights on the finance platforms?

You need a working relationship with someone who can produce entitlement extracts. The course teaches you how to specify the file — it does not grant technical admin access to your systems. That dependency is a real limitation if your IT partners cannot deliver a clean export on schedule.

Is the content Korea-specific?

Examples and calendars reference Korean fiscal and audit rhythms, but the control logic applies to regional finance teams using similar platform stacks.
